Why does Obama wants people to pay taxes when his Treasury secretary DOES NOT?

It's the ol' do as I say thing. He should be in jail. As head of the IMF,
he went 4 years without paying taxes even though the IMF calculated
the taxes owed on his salary, did a "bump" to cover those taxes and handed Geithner a check. It also had a slip advising him what his taxes were, which were paid quarterly. He knew he should pay these taxes but chose NOT to.He paid off part of his back taxes, but admitted that he would not have paid of the balance had not BO tapped him for TS post.
Obama had to have Geithner as TS to keep the Ponzi scheme with the Fed and the banks , and yes Congress. Don't believe it? Follow the money. Seen any thing stimulated that would really work?
